Chloris Blanche Matheny, daughter of Daniel Custer Matheny and Mary Rosetta Smith, was born Nov. 21, 1903 near Platteville, Taylor Co., Iowa and died Dec. 22, 1991 in Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. She married 1) Max Raymond McCurdy Dec. 22, 1923 at Creston, Union Co., Iowa and 2) Ernest Sharp July 28, 1936 in Worth Co., Missouri. He was born Dec. 15, 1889 near Parnell, Nodaway Co., Missouri, son of Alexander Alan Sharp and Sally Ann Graybill, and died Oct. 20, 1973 in St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., Missouri.
