Louisa Ann Biggs, daughter of Thomas Biggs and Mary Griffith, was born June 29,1834 in Perry Co., Ohio and died Sept. 18, 1899 near Sharpsburg, Taylor Co., Iowa. She married William Edward Rutledge Dec. 31, 1857 in Perry Co., Ohio.
