Charles Foster Simpson, son of George Porter Simpson and Caroline Cornelia Salmon, was born Jan. 17, 1882 in Worth Co., Missouri and died Sept. 29, 1947 in Nevada, Story Co., Iowa. He married Alma Christenson May 6, 1946 at Marshalltown, Marshall Co., Iowa.
