Jane Hobbs, daughter of William and Sarah Hobbs, was born Jan. 2, 1846 near Galesburg, Knox Co., Illinois and died May 29, 1932 in Dayton, Montgomery Co., Ohio. She was buried May 31, 1932 in Fairview Cemetery, Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. She married Patrick Henry Pierce Nov. 26, 1864 in Knox Co., Illinois.
