Joseph Warren Paul, son of Abijah Paul and Polly Parker, was born July 15, 1833 in Jefferson Co., New York and died Jan. 7, 1918 in Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Sarah Jane Chandler Mar. 6, 1861 at Terre Haute, Henderson Co., Illinois.
