Ray T. Pennebaker, son of Doris Samuel Pennebaker and Lida Isabella Souder, was born Dec. 27, 1906 near Sharpsburg, Taylor Co., Iowa and died Jan. 26, 1967 in Leavenworth, Leavenworth Co., Kansas. He married 1) Thelma Elizabeth Davis June 12, 1927 at Lenox, Taylor Co., Iowa and 2) Florence A. Dant June 24, 1929 at Mount Ayr, Ringgold Co., Iowa.
