Doris Samuel Pennebaker, son of Samuel S. Pennebaker and Mary Brubaker, was born Feb. 18, 1868 near Walnut, Juniata Co., Pennsylvania and died Nov. 20, 1961 in Creston, Union Co., Iowa. He married Lida Isabella Souder Jan. 16, 1889 at Peoria, Peoria Co., Illinois.
