Franklin Edgar Marshall, son of William Marshall and Amanda Burr, was born Oct. 25, 1856 near Ipava, Fulton Co., Illinois and died April 16, 1940 in Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Tabitha Ellen Morgan Jan. 14, 1883 in Taylor Co., Iowa. She was born Sept. 30, 1864 near Lewistown, Fulton Co., Illinois, daughter of Daniel Morgan and Nancy Ann Warriner, and died May 5, 1947 in Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa.
