Mary Ellen McCausland, daughter of Andrew McCausland and Sarah Jane Davison, was born Nov. 29, 1855 at Sandwich,Illinois (her obituary gives the date as 1853) and died Oct. 15, 1934 in Conway, Taylor Co., Iowa. She married William H. Cooper Dec. 6, 1876 at Sublette, Lee Co., Illinois.
