Walter Leslie Osburn, son of William Osburn and Anna Linard "Linnie" Miles, was born July 14, 1898 near Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa and died Aug. 11, 1975 in Corning, Adams Co., Iowa. He married Mildred Pollock Sept. 1, 1921 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. She was born Jan. 19, 1902 in Tingley, Ringgold Co., Iowa, daughter of Rawley Pollock and Eliza Thorla, and died Nov. 13, 2002 in Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa.
