Salome Ophelia Marshall, daughter of William Marshall and Amanda Burr, was born Nov. 25, 1859 in Vermont Twp., Fulton Co., Illinois and died Nov. 3, 1947 in Clarinda, Page Co., Iowa. She married Alfred Nelson Longfellow Sept. 19, 1879 in Taylor Co., Iowa.
