Theo Phillip Cooper, son of Clyde E. Cooper and Mabel Holston, was born Mar. 20, 1909 in Clayton Twp., Taylor Co., Iowa and died Sept. 26, 1984 in Wichita Falls, Wichita Co., Texas. He married Bernardine Bailey Sept. 8, 1933 in Des Moines, Polk Co., Iowa. She was born Nov. 11, 1914 near Diagonal, Ringgold Co., Iowa, daughter of Rolley Bailey and Maude V. Nichols, and died May 8, 2007 in Denton, Denton Co., Texas.
