Dorothy Eva Young, daughter of Forest Emery Young and Pearl Arvilla Atwood, was born Aug. 16, 1927 at Yorktown, Page Co., Iowa an died Aug. 25, 2012 at Creston, Union Co., Iowa. She married Charles Henry Shoemaker, Jr. Mar. 7, 1946. Charles Henry Shoemaker, Jr., son of Charles Henry Shoemaker and Marguerite Parr, was born June 29, 1926 in Bartlett, Fremont Co., Iowa and died July 31, 2001 in Corning, Adams Co., Iowa.
