Frank Ruthven Potter, son of Richard Potter and Ollie Jane Wilson, was born Sept. 13, 1892 near Shambaugh, Page Co., Iowa and died Jan. 3, 1982 in Clarinda, Page Co., Iowa. He married Flossie Orrilla Sleep June 30, 1920 at Clarinda, Page Co., Iowa. She was born July 19, 1895 near Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa, daughter of John Martin Sleep and Mary Margaret Weingarth, and died Feb. 28, 1981 near Siam, Taylor Co., Iowa.
