William Thomas Brown, son of David Anderson Brown and Martha A. Freeman, was born Mar. 16, 1870 near Conway, Taylor Co., Iowa and died June 25, 1956 in Maryville, Nodaway Co., Missouri. He married Clarissa Ellen Hamblin Feb. 15, 1898. She was born Nov. 16, 1872 near Sharpsburg, Taylor Co., Iowa, daughter of Dennis Hamblin and Elizabeth McWilliams, and died Feb. 24, 1965 in Lenox, Taylor Co., Iowa.
