Gertrude Denton, daughter of Wayne Olford Denton and Mary Lucinda Crane, was born Dec. 22, 1887 in Shenandoah, Page Co., Iowa and died Mar. 12, 1949 in Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. She married James Salter Jan. 21, 1911 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. See separate entry under his name for a photo of the family plot.
