Blanche Marie Cummings, daughter of Clyde Elijah Cummings and Florence Ella Herbert, was born July 27, 1915 in Sheridan, Worth Co., Missouri and died Nov. 29, 2011 in Omaha, Douglas Co., Nebraska. She married Dale Daniel Rankin Mar. 22, 1936 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa.
