Louisa Ruth Jones, daughter of Cresap Singleton Jones and Kate Rutledge, was born Feb. 6, 1893 in Marshall Twp., Taylor Co., Iowa and died Jan. 24, 1979 in Omaha, Douglas Co., Nebraska. She married LaVerne Kenneth Bowersox Oct. 11, 1924 at Boise, Ada Co., Idaho. He was born July 26, 1899 in Chelan, Chelan Co., Washington, son of Eugene Clarence Bowersox and Ione Hopkins, and died July 10, 1998 in Omaha, Douglas Co., Nebraska. After the death of his 1st wife, he married Imogene Bevard Fike.
