Virginia Janice "Jennie" Taylor, daughter of William Taylor and Elizabeth Rea, was born Feb. 16, 1840 at Flemington, Hunterdon Co., New Jersey and died Oct. 9, 1924 in Clearfield, Taylor Co., Iowa. She married Samuel Fordyce Bowen Feb. 21, 1861 in Knox Co., Illinois. See separate entry under his name for a photo of the family plot.
