Lois Isadora "Dora" Chamberlin was born July 25, 1853 in Virginia (now West Virginia), daughter of George Washington Chamberlin and Eliza Hannah Colter, and died April 11, 1881 in Marshall Twp., Taylor Co., Iowa. She married Alfred Darwin Borden Feb. 25, 1880 in Henry Co., Iowa.
