Vivian Lou Longfellow, daughter of Harry Nelson Longfellow and Erma Irene Scott, was born Oct. 31, 1926 near Blockton, Taylor Co., Iowa and died Mar. 31, 2009 in St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., Missouri. She married Virgil Bryan Beemer Aug. 30, 1943 in Maryville, Nodaway Co., Missouri. He was born Aug. 3, 1923 in Sumner, Chariton Co., Missouri, son of Simeon Bryan Beemer and Mary Ethel Smith, and died Jan. 23, 2008 in Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa.
