"Bib" Baker Dec. 2, 1940 in Nodaway Co., Missouri and 2) Wendell Cooper Jan. 9, 1973. Vivian J. "Bib" Baker, son of George Elihu Baker and Angeline May Waugh, was born April, 2, 1918 in Ringgold Co., Iowa and died Feb. 1, 1972 in Clarinda, Page Co., Iowa.
