Sarah Helen Marks, daughter of Zadock and Helen Marks, was born Dec. 6, 1847 in Harmony, McHenry Co., Illinois and died Feb. 25, 1933 in Sharpsburg, Taylor Co., Iowa. She married Richard James Underwood, Sr. Dec. 5, 1866 in McHenry Co., Illinois. Her obituary gives the marriage date as Dec. 5, 1865.
