Thomas Lynch Faucett, son of James Faucett and Elizabeth Jeffers, was born Aug. 31, 1826 in North Carolina and died Oct. 21, 1906 in Conway, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Mary Jane Tate Oct.24, 1846 at Paoli, Orange Co., Indiana. She was born Sept. 27, 1830 in Orange Co., Indiana, daughter of John Doane Tate and Lucinda Snyder Schroyer, and died Mar. 12, 1912 in Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa.
