Sophia Jane Curry, daughter of William B. Curry and Sarah Brooks, was born Jan. 9, 1850 in Hancock Co., Indiana and died Nov. 20, 1918 in Conway, Taylor Co., Iowa. She married Alexander Pitman Oct. 19, 1872 in Knox Co., Illinois.
