Sarah Naomi Cooksey, daughter of Thomas Cooksey and Margaretta Caney, was born Aug. 15, 1833 in Ohio and died Jan. 26, 1877 near Conway, Taylor Co., Iowa. She married Jarvis Lovitt Jan. 8, 1852 in Muskingum Co., Ohio.
