Amelia H. Norwood, daughter of George Nathan Norwood and Eunice Langford, was born Dec. 16, 1824 in Gloucester, Essex Co., Massachusetts and and died May 29, 1898 near Conway, Taylor Co., Iowa. She married John Brown Lake Nov. 21, 1849 at Topsfield, Essex Co., Massachusetts.
