George Ephraim Faurot, son of Samuel J. Faurot and Phoebe Miller, was born Sept. 23, 1856 in Susquehanna Co., Pennsylvania and died Mar. 18, 1916 in Brown Co., So. Dakota. He married Mary Henderson Dec. 23, 1880 in Cedar Co., Iowa.
