Ruth Frances Parrish, daughter of William Parrish and Minnie Olive Eighmy, was born Mar. 7, 1907 near Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa and died Feb. 6, 2005 at Clarinda, Page Co., Iowa. She married Roy Buchanan May 28, 1931. He was born Nov. 12, 1908 in Taylor Co., Iowa, son of Hugh Buchanan and Maude Louise Bucher, and died June 19, 1971 in Redondo Beach, Los Angeles Co., California.
