Eva Rozella Lacy, daughter of Peter Lacy and Sarah John was born July 23, 1867 near Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa, and died Mar. 22, 1942. Her death date on the gravestone may be an error as her obituary was published Mar. 26, 1942 in both the Bedford Times-Press and Taylor County Herald. She married Louis Perkins Sept. 30, 1886. He was born Aug. 23, 1862 near Albia, Monroe Co., Iowa, son of Pleasant Perkins and Mary Ann McIntire, and died April 1, 1931 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa.
