Nancy Jane Sedam, daughter of William Rycker Sedam and Sarah O'Neal, was born April 12,1843 in Posey Co., Indiana and died Mar. 6, 1892 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. She married Kirk Kendrick Parmenter Mar. 4, 1861 in Rock Island Co., Illinois.
