Inscription: David Herriott Died Jan. 16, 1887 Aged 83 y 3 m 14 d
David Herriott, son of Nathaniel Herriott and Martha Chambers, was born Oct. 1, 1803 in Mercer Co., Pennsylvania and died Jan. 16, 1887 in Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Elizabeth "Eliza" Herriott Oct. 10, 1825 in Allegheny Co., Pennsylvania. He shares the stone with his wife Eliza and two daughters, Mary Wiley and Hannah.
