Philander Harvey Lucas was born in 1808 in Connecticut and died in 1884 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married 1) Lydia Fisher Nov. 21, 1833 at Madison, Geauga Co., Ohio and 2) Laura Wolcott Oct. 15, 1846 in Ashtabula Co., Ohio.
