Beulah Irene Akes,daughter of Harvey Abraham Akes and Louisa Emmaline Bay, was born Sept. 17, 1916 near Leon, Decatur Co., Iowa and died Jan. 6, 1985 at Clarinda, Page Co., Iowa. She married Charles Alvin Hodges Nov. 3, 1934 at Leon, Decatur Co., Iowa.
