Isaac Benton Coon, son of Isaac Newton Coon and Helen May Cobb, was born July 11, 1871 near Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa, and died May 7, 1936 southwest of Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married 1) Treva Hamilton Dec. 22, 1897 in Taylor Co., Iowa and 2) Minnie Louise John Nov. 14, 1900 in Taylor Co., Iowa. She was born April 17, 1876 near Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa, daughter of Christopher Columbus John and Nancy Catharine Ensminger, and died Nov. 11, 1949 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa.
