Edella Mary Perkins, daughter of James Jefferson Perkins and Elisabeth Roath, was born Oct. 14, 1859 in Pilot Grove Twp., Hancock Co., Illinois and died Mar. 7, 1883 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa.
