Maxine Vivian Hoffman was born Feb. 19, 1921 at Clarinda, Page Co., Iowa, daughter of Clarence Dayton Hoffman and Mary Ellen Goodwin, and died June 16, 2009 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa.
