Minnie Osceola Arterburn, daughter of Branum Arterburn and Anna Mariah Brooks, was born May, 1866 in Taylor Co., Iowa and died Nov. 1958 at Sterling, Logan Co., Colorado. She married 1) William Dale Nov. 22, 1888 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa and 2) George Proctor.
