Harrison "Harry" Webster Green
Oct. 4, 1851 - Sept. 18, 1930
(he died in Englewood, California, and was returned to Fairfield for burial. He had remarried to a Elizabeth Jones Green, who survived him)

Note:
These inscriptions are on the west facing of this Green/Hunger family monument. On the east facing are inscriptions (and burial on the east side of the plot) for their daughter Jessie Elizabeth Green Hunger (Mrs. Gebhard Hunger) and her infant son Hunger, who both died on the same day as her giving childbirth. Jessie died in Burlington, Iowa, and was en route to Fairfield by train for burial when her infant son died a few hours later. Both were brought to Fairfield and are buried together in a single casket.
