Daniel Weingarth, son of Daniel and Margaret Weingarth, was born Sept. 29, 1841 in Germany and died Sept. 7, 1919 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Caroline Mapes May 27, 1872 in Taylor Co., Iowa. She was born Oct. 15, 1858 near Siam, Taylor Co., Iowa, daughter of Almira Allen and Edward or Edwin Mapes, and died Dec. 26, 1928 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa.
