Cecelia "Celia" McKee, daughter of Robert McKee and Cecelia Dougherty, was born in 1868 in Pennsylvania and died in Aug. 1896 in Taylor Co., Iowa. She married William J. Steele Nov. 30, 1890 in Ross Twp., Taylor Co., Iowa.
