Frank Hamilton, son of David Henry Hamilton and Eliza Benefiel Van Nice or Van Nuys, was born April 6, 1857 at Lebanon, Boone Co., Indiana and died Nov. 9, 1918 in Polk Twp., Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Mary Louise or Louisa Dresher Dec. 25, 1883 in Taylor Co., Iowa. She was born Dec. 26, 1860 in Polk Twp., Taylor Co., Iowa, daughter of Charles Franklin Dresher and Nancy Jane Morris, and died June 2, 1937 west of Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. Their son, James Ross, was born Aug. 24, 1887 in Taylor Co., Iowa and died July 16, 1890 in Taylor Co., Iowa. Obituaries for Frank and Mary Louise Hamilton available Taylor County, Iowa gen web site.
