Francis Marion Parker, son of Stephen H. Parker and Eliza Scruggs, was born June 1, 1844 in Buchanan Co., Missouri and died Dec. 10, 1922 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Anna Eliza (or Eliza Anna) Penny April 4, 1871 at Omaha, Douglas Co., Nebraska. Nebraska marriage certificate gives the marriage date as April 8, 1871.
