Anna Eliza Penny, daughter of Jacob Penny, was born Aug. 24, 1852 in Champaign Co., Illinois and died Mar. 14, 1914 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. She married Francis Marion Parker April 4, 1871 at Omaha, Douglas Co., Nebraska [Source: her obituary]. Nebraska marriage certificate gives the marriage date as April 8, 1871.
