Frank was a Fireman in Davenport and had two children. James and Evelyn. Married to Elsie Moeller. Father was Vencil and mother was Mary. He worked as Fireman at Station #4 through "Depression" and supported Brothers and sisters and family through these times. He had many times of saving children or adults from death. Died young on way home after "drinking" with brothers on Esplanade.
