Minnie Emily Rascher, daughter of Charles Frederick Rascher and Lena Shuva, was born in Sept. 1885 in Iowa and died April 24, 1971 in Corning, Adams Co., Iowa. She married 1) Charles A. Welch Jan. 27, 1904 near Sharpsburg, Taylor Co., Iowa and 2) William Fredrick Nagel Sept. 18, 1958 at Nodaway, Adams Co., Iowa.
