Robert Bruce Monahan, son of James Monahan and Sarah Walker, was born Dec. 24, 1875 in Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa and died April 6, 1961 in St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., Missouri. He married 1)Fannie Ledgerwood Feb. 1, 1890 and 2) Mrs. Marie Perry. Fannie Ledgerwood was born Oct. 23, 1878 in Conway, Taylor Co., Iowa, daughter of John Wesley Ledgerwood and Cynthia Ann Alumbaugh, and died Aug. 11, 1947 in St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., Missouri.
