Rosie Lucille Ruby, daughter of Ray Ruby and Beatrice George was born July 6, 1918 near Diagonal, Ringgold Co., Iowa and died Sept. 7, 1995 in Pueblo, Pueblo Co., Colorado. She married Melvin Franklin Akers Oct. 10, 1938 at Maryville, Nodaway Co., Missouri. He was born June 20, 1917 in Taylor Co., Iowa, son of Chester Arthur Akers and Eva May Kirby, and died Oct. 5, 2010 in Pueblo, Pueblo Co., Colorado.
