Frank Edward Tillman, son of Leo Joseph Tillman and Mary Gertrude Holden, was born June 30, 1921 in Wasco, Kern Co., California and died Sept. 12, 1991 in Omaha, Douglas Co., Nebraska. He married Helene Jeanne Grimm Mar. 3, 1945 at Bakersfield, Kern Co., California.
