Mary Virginia Clark, daughter of Benjamin Franklin Clark and Mary Katherine Bonnell, was born Feb. 15, 1862 in Ohio and died April 19, 1918 near Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa. She married Aaron O. Shank Mar. 25, 1888 in Edgar Co. Illinois. He was born Feb. 18, 1853 in Somerset, Perry Co., Ohio, son of William Shank and Elizabeth Anderson, and died Oct. 15, 1928 in Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa.
